Most items are posted at no charge. Bulky items may incur a postage fee. Postage fees will be provided during the checkout process. Items are posted via various postal and courier services to ensure we provide the best rates available at the time of order. Our products are typically dispatched from the warehouse in Melbourne within 1 – 3 business days from the time we process your payment. Some products ranges may be shipped from other locations. Delivery of items is subject to availability, and we cannot accept responsibility or liability for any item it is not able to supply. However, we will offer you a store credit for any item that is unexpectedly delayed. Time frame estimates below are a guide only and may not be applicable to all products.  

The estimated delivery time frames after payment has been processed:

  • For customers in VIC, approximately 3 – 5 working days;
  • For customers in NSW, SA, ACT, approximately 4 – 8 working days;
  • For customers in QLD, NT, WA and TAS, approximately 7 – 10 working days.


If you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you purchased, we offer a full refund of the goods purchased, store credit or exchange. You are responsible for paying the postage fees and returning goods within 10 business days from the date the goods were dispatched to you and the items are in their original condition as purchased, with all labels/tickets/packaging attached. Thereafter refunds generally takes up to 2 working days to process and we will notify you once the refund has been processed. We offer a 12-month warranty on all products, unless stated otherwise. 
You are required to contact us within 10 working days in the unlikely event that the item arrives damaged or faulty. In addition to a detailed description, you are required to provide images (or a short video clip if more appropriate) of the damage in order to proceed with the warranty process. Warranty assessments generally take 2 working days. Once assessed and approved, you will be contacted to proceed with the return, refund or replacement process. No exchanges or returns are offered for sale items. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if the items do not comply to our returns policy. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. We unfortunately cannot issue an exchange or refund without the items. A refund or replacement will not be provided if products are being misused, mishandled or mistakenly installed. Customers are responsible for following the instructions and advice given by the manufacturers.
